Graduate of Rutgers University. Bill studied with professional painters at The Salmagundi Club, The Art Students League and the Reilly League of Artists in New York City. He went on to have a successful career in professional Illustration, pre-production art for TV & film, Paperback book covers, and Sports promotional art. Bill has been a fine artist for the last 25 years. He has traveled extensively in the United States, painting and exhibiting in National as well as local shows. He has been the recipient of many awards in recognition of his work. His work can be found in the Museum of Wildlife and Naturalism in San Diego, California, The Bergen County Museum of Arts and Sciences, The Boxing Hall of Fame in Canastota NY, along with numerous corporate and private collections.At present, his teaching approach is a culmination of years of practical experience in the fields of portraiture, illustration, and figurative drawing and painting. Bill’s teaching style is a demonstrative and hands-on approach to the fundamentals and traditions of representational drawing and painting.
