Delivery for Local Artists: Deliver uncrated artwork to the Ridgewood Art Institute, 12 East Glen Ave., Ridgewood, NJ on March 2nd, 8:30am-12:00pm. Hand delivered work may be removed after 4 pm at the Awards Reception March 24th, or on March 25th, 10 am - 1 pm.

Out of Town Artists: Ship artwork to the Ridgewood Art Institute, 12 East Glen Ave, Ridgewood, NJ to arrive February 26-March 1. Out of town artists must pay a $25 fee prior to their painting being hung. A pre-paid return shipping label must be included with artwork. RAI will waive the uncrating fee for artists who use a commercially manufactured artist’s/strong box such as StrongBox by Airfloat Systems, or Masterpak, Uline or a FedEx Premium Art Box, (not a FedEx Large Frame Box). Note: Home Depot boxes are NOT included in the list of boxes for which the fee will be waived. NO PEANUTS or similar loose packing material. Artists who do not use one of these special boxes are required to remit the $25 prior to hanging of the painting. Strong Boxes will be returned to the artists at the conclusion of the show at the artist’s expense. Please Note—RAI is not responsible for shipping sold work.

Please affix the entry label below tothe back ofyour artwork.

Your accepted art must meet the following guidelines:

·         Paintings must not exceed 44 inches in either direction including the frame

·         Paintings must be framed (no strip molding), properly wired & ready for hanging

·         All watercolor, pencil & ink must be framed and under glass or Plexiglas. Works over 20” x 30” MUST be under Plexiglas

The RAI Juried Show exhibit dates are March 10-March 24, 2024. Every effort will be made to encourage sales. A contribution of 25% will be accepted by the RAI. The artist is responsible for sales tax and delivery of artwork to the purchaser.

 Awards will be posted on the RAI Website on March 6.

The awards reception will be held on Sunday, March 24th 2:00 –4:00 PM. We hope you can join us.
