2019 39th Annual Regional Open Juried Show

Local Artists: artwork may be HAND-DELIVERED only on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019, between 12PM- 5pm
Ridgewood Art Institute -12 East Glen Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey
Delivery and Return of Accepted Work Delivery for Out of Town Artists: ship to Ridgewood Art Institute, 12 East Glen Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey, 07450 to arrive no later than February 2, 2019.
Handling Fee: Out of Town Artists must pay a $25.00 fee online prior to their painting being hung. This fee covers the expense of uncrating, storage of crates, re-crating and contacting your shipper for return. Artists MUST include a return Shipping label with their work.
RAI encourages the use of commercially manufactured artist’s/strong box such as a StrongBox™ by Airfloat Systems, or similar brand, like Masterpak or Uline. Strong boxes will be returned to the artists at the conclusion of the show at the artist’s expense.
Please affix the entry label below to your artwork.
Your accepted art must meet the following guidelines:
- Paintings must not exceed 44 inches in either direction including the frame
- Paintings must be framed (no strip molding), properly wired & ready for hanging
- All watercolor, pastel, pencil & ink must be framed, matted (using clean mats) and under glass.
- Watercolor Works over 20″ x 30″ MUST be under Plexiglas
The RAI Juried Show exhibit dates are February 11- February 24, 2019.
Awards will be posted on the RAI Website on February 5th, 2019.
The awards reception will be held on Sunday, February 24th 2:00 –4:00 PM. We hope you can join us.

There is a 25% donation to the RAI on all sales. All works are considered for sale unless marked NFS (not for sale) on entry card.
The Ridgewood Art Institute and its members will not be responsible for loss or damages. Your entry into this show constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions.
