Members’ Holiday Show
Members are invited to enter two original
works to be exhibited in a festive holiday setting.
Receiving: Monday-Friday, November 3-7

SPECIAL SMALL WORKS SHOW!!
In addition to the Traditional Holiday show this year, we have a small works benefit that features 8X10 framed paintings each donated by members of the Ridgewood Art Institute to sell for $150 each, well below their value.
Both Holiday and Small Works paintings will be displayed and may be viewed during regular scheduled class hours, starting November 14, but the sale of Small Work will start at the reception November 23 at 1pm.

The Barn will be closed for the Holidays.

35th Annual Regional Juried Show
Stop by our newly-renovated galleries at the Ridgewood Art Institute to see the 35th
Annual Open Regional Juried Show between Sunday January 25 and Sunday February 8th. The juried show is open to all artists working in a representational or traditional manner in the New York Metropolital Area. Professional and non-professional works will be judged on an equal basis by a qualified jury.
Most of the artwork is offered for sale. There is a 25% donation to RAI on all sales.
Only accepted works will be shown.
Receiving: Saturdy, January 10th 12-5 pm - HAND DELIVERY ONLY*Please refer to the Prospectus for important entry guidelines and restrictions. Entry fees
are $35 for RAI members, $40 for non-members, payable by check.
Entries Juried: Sunday, January 11th*Judges will consider each work for show acceptance and
assign awards. Judges and award details will be announced in upcoming Show Prospectus
(look for it in the mail, or pick one up in the RAI lobby in mid-December 2014).
Hanging: January, 12-16th
Reception: Sunday, January 25th 2-4pm An Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony will be
held at the Ridgewood Art Institute. Light refreshments will be served. Over $5,000 in awards
and prizes, including a $1,000 grand prize, will be presented by the RAI President. Prize
winners or representatives must be present at the awards ceremony
Show Ends: Sunday, February 8th
Pick-up: Monday-Friday, February 9-13th
*Entries that have been declined in the judging process are
notified by mail.
HAND PICKUP ONLY.Declined work must be picked up on Tuesday,
January 13th - Thursday, January 15th, 12-3 pm.

Arthur Maynard Show
A historical tribute to the history of The Ridgewood Art Institute.This year's show will be featuring paintings by Arthur Maynard
recently acquired by The Ridgewood Art Institute.

63rd Annual Sponsors Show
This remarkably original, emminently successful show features paintings given to the Institute by member artists. The Sponsors are the first of a limited number of people who contribute $275. On the last night of the show, as their names are drawn, the Sponsors select their favorite painting to take home.
